What should I know about mileage limits?
All of our vehicles come with a daily mileage limit of 200 Kms and a monthly mileage limit of 4500 Kms. AED 0.50 shall be charged for additional Kms.
Can I extend my rental period?
Yes, you can extend your rental period, provided you had informed us about the same earlier.
What happens if I were to leave something behind in my rental car?
Although we do try to recover and return all items left behind in the vehicle, we do not accept any responsibility for the same.
Is there a security deposit with all rentals?
Yes, based on your preferred vehicle, you will be required to deposit either AED 1000 or 1500 as the security deposit. The amount shall be returned to you 30-days after the contract ends.

What is the age requirement to rent a car in Dubai?
Although the minimum age requirement to drive in the emirate is 18, to rent a car the individual must be at least 22 years of age.
What is the type of insurance that comes with your rental cars?
We provide 100% insurance if the driver is at least 25 years of age and holds a one-year-old driver’s license. If the driver is between 22-25 years old or has a driving license which is between 6-12 months old, then the insurance will cover only 80% of the total charges.
