What should I know about mileage limits?
All of our vehicles come with a daily mileage limit of 200 Kms and a monthly mileage limit of 4500 Kms. AED 0.50 shall be charged for additional Kms.
Can I extend my rental period?
Yes, you can extend your rental period, provided you had informed us about the same earlier.
What happens if I were to leave something behind in my rental car?
Although we do try to recover and return all items left behind in the vehicle, we do not accept any responsibility for the same.
Is there a security deposit with all rentals?
Yes, based on your preferred vehicle, you will be required to deposit either AED 1000 or 1500 as the security deposit. The amount shall be returned to you 30-days after the contract ends.
Any road safety tips in Dubai?
- Keep a safe distance with the vehicle in front of you
- Flow the signs on-road and stay within the speed limit
- The driver, as well as the passengers, are required to wear seatbelts

All renters are required to return their vehicle with the same amount of fuel as it had when they picked it up. If the fuel level is considerably low, the renter shall be charged for the same.
Can I book a car without a credit card?

What is Salik?
Salik is Dubai RTA’s innovative road tax collection system. All of our rental vehicles come with a Salik tag, and you will be charged 5.25 AED each time you cross a Salik gate.
What if I receive a fine for a traffic or parking violation?
If we are to receive a fine on your behalf, you will be required to pay 10% more than the actual fine amount.
What type of driving-license do I need to hire a car in Dubai?
If you are a tourist residing within the country, you will need an International Drivers Permit (IDP) to hire a car from us. For UAE residents and nationals, a UAE driving license that is at least 1 year old is required to rent a car from us.
Do you provide roadside assistance in case of a breakdown or an accident?

What if I return the car later than the rental period?
You will be charged extra for the additional day or days.

For a minimal fee, we do provide drop-off service to any location across Dubai.
What is the age requirement to rent a car in Dubai?
Although the minimum age requirement to drive in the emirate is 18, to rent a car the individual must be at least 22 years of age.
What is the type of insurance that comes with your rental cars?
We provide 100% insurance if the driver is at least 25 years of age and holds a one-year-old driver’s license. If the driver is between 22-25 years old or has a driving license which is between 6-12 months old, then the insurance will cover only 80% of the total charges.
